REALITY CHECK ABOUT SOME ARTISTS & FILMMAKERS FROM ANGLOPHONE REGION OF CAMEROON by Ambawill Jones Yong

THE REASON WHY MUSIC AND FILM MAKING IS CONSIDER TO BE CREATIVE ARTS IS THE WAY IT INFLUENCE  THE MINDS OF IT CONSUMERS.
MUSIC MAKING AND FILM MAKING HAS ALWAYS BE INTERWOVEN THROUGH OUT HISTORY FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION, IN A TIME OF STRIVE AND CRISIS THAT FACES SOME SET OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN DEPRIVE FROM THEIR RIGHTS AND BECOME IMPOVERISH BY NEPOTISM AND MARGINALIZATION.THEY ALWAYS LOOK UP FOR SOME VOICES TO RISE UP AND EXPOSE THE SITUATION THEY GOING THROUGH AS A PEOPLE ,MUSIC ARTS AND FILM HAS ALWAYS BEEN THOSE FACET OF COMMUNICATION THAT EXPOSE TRUTH AND ILLS OF THE SOCIETY THAT HAS BEEN BRUSH UNDER THE CARPET

 Tell the entertainers the truth? Music as part of it transmit message with the speed of light. If not of #Dr #Sley and a few infamous artists who believe in what makes a music an art, then we will never hear a melody like that of #Bob #Marley telling the realities of the world we live in. Greed of not losing fame and fortune is what all this our some how mushroom musicians and entertainers are in fear of. (We thought they are famous but I reduced them to a vegetable size because the fail to sing the realities of this present crisis in our lands) instead they concentrate in composing songs and singing in French language as if being an anglophone is a mistake. Worse of it, running to corrupt #CRTV for promotion(the main station killing our fight for right by hiding the truth) The madness called Cameroon Film Industry is leading by Anglophone community, organizing festivals and calling on lRC ministers to come and cheer for them(we are capable of making Ambazonia Film and Music Industry a better gain for our citizens) and at this moment in time we expect them to prove themselves as creative film makers, but they fail us by organizing festivals by labeling Cameroon Film Festivals for international recognition. For how long have we been as creative individuals and making the incomes for us? Have no recognition as public figures and compare to entertainments in other countries? This is because of marginalization of us and greed from the dubious leaders that has gone a long  way to instill fear in our art. without LRC we are in a better chance to have not only national iconic images but internationally known.



 ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND I AM FOR #AMBAZONIANS' #WILL of INDEPENDENCE. Call #Mr #Leo, call #Daphne, call #Magasco , #Blaise B, #Stanley #Enow, #Reniss, #Jovi, #Salatiel, all the #Film #makers and the host of other renown Anglophone artists and tell them that they have failed us. Do you know the most funniest of it all? They said they are #artists and not #politicians and not to involve in our fight for freedom. this is the reply I got from the last time I wrote #wonderful #thing.They are better known as Francophone artists( better than being a disgrace to anglophone community) all your works of art glorify La République du Cameroun. the regime that arrest , retain and assassinate people who speak for us. Their greed is the same with that of our parliamentarians who don't want to stand for us. We loss our love ones day by day and the blocked minds say we should not speak. God has commanded us to speak and stand firmly for us. No little mind can go against us.
